Today i was fortunate to work near the sea and took the opportunity to make some photos. It was a cold windy day but its been ages since the last time i went to the beach and i missed the rhythmic sound of waves and the never ending horizon.
It was the first time i went to the sea since my father's recent passing and it is a place i strongly associate with him. Being a sailor and then an amateur fisherman all his life, sea was his favourite place.

Thank you so much:)
gorgeous!
I love this word:)
I'm sorry to hear about your father passing, my condolences.
This place is beautiful, it reminds me of Villa Gesell here in Argentina where the woods merge with the beach, thanks for sharing!
Thank you so much:) This place is in Chalkidiki it is a very beautiful place and everywhere is the same landscape, sandy beach and trees near by to you cool down:)
Hi George, sorry to hear about your father. It is a deep impact on our soul when we loose the family members and I can imagine how it is. The place on the photographs is so inviting, endless beach, sand and calm water. I also like the trees at beach. I can imagine your father liked that place, probably it is nice to sit and watch the cloud and sky :)
Thank you Stef, 2019 was the worst year for me, still feel very sad and i guess this sadness will not go away soon. The place is very beautiful and i am sure he would have liked it.
Greetings honey.
I am very sorry for your loss, I understand you and I am glad that you had time and go and enjoy your father's favorite place... your father belongs to the sea so the best way to be by his side for a moment is to be in the sea and remember the beautiful moments you spent with him while enjoying the horizon.
Beautiful photos, I love this type of beaches without so many people where we can enjoy the immensity of the sea and reflect on our lives.
I would love to feel the sand and the waters of Greece while its breeze disheveles me... one day I would love to go. ;)
Thank you so much dear Carmen, you were one of the first who told you about it and you comforting words were a great help for me. I always imagine him by the sea.
You would love the sea here and the sandy beach. The water is always warm and crystal clear, one day you would see it;)
