I get I can issue up to 100 engage in one hit. Is there a limit to how many per day? Do they come out of my balance? Am I giving them for posts or comments? 😕

No, but @misterengagement's supply will be kept low so an overkeen issuer can't go mad. Also, when he is voting it would be nice for folks to keep an eye on his VP - so maybe judge on that a little too. Wishful thinking eh? :D
