There is a popular saying, "That even the tongue and teeth would fight once in a while, yet they remain best buddies."
As humans, we are bound to offend each other, and fight each other, but we should always seek peace. Accept that we are wrong when we know we are at fault and try not to repeat it.
So many things can be done to keep peace in our hearts and in our homes, both as individuals and as countries. We are all human, we share the same heritage, and we are all brothers and sisters. We are all unique. We are good and bad, we can offend each other, but we should always seek peace. Cultural diversity is beautiful, but it is also a challenge. All of us should understand how to integrate it into our daily lives in a positive way, especially if we are living in a multi-ethnic country like Nigeria.

So this is what I get after watching the television reality show BBNaija for some weeks now. This game show always brings out the best in people and also the worst. Some try to be smart, some try to lose, yet all just want to win.
Our lives are like this show. We have to be kind to each other, forgive each other, protect each other and fight for each other. Forgiveness can heal our relationships and reconcile us as a nation. Reconciliation is key to building strong relationships, but we should not wait because we live in a new reality that challenges our relationships with one another.
Let's make peace and love our first instinct because peace does not come from perfection, but it comes from the desire for it.
Since the dawn of civilization, and long before that, a relationship between two or more parties has been established. Each relationship is unique and differs according to the situation and individuals involved but they all have one important thing in common: they can be interrupted and broken.
If a relationship is broken it is a sign of weakness by those involved. It is safe to say then that any relationship which is not broken is strong, at least from the view of those involved.
Everyone at one time or another has had enemies, and what about friends? I'm talking about those who you have hurt with words or deeds. In the name of reconciliation, let's confess and ask for forgiveness.
Seek peace always and let love reign.
As I said it's difficult but not impossible. It's dangerous to have too many enemies. You can lose sight of the real enemy that wants to see you fail. No matter how nice or good you are you will always have those that hate you. I'm not saying you should force or try to revive relationships that are dead but do not hold on to grudges and resentment, as they will make you bitter. Let them go!
Don't be afraid to be petty when necessary too, we are human after all and should not forget our faults so easily, but when someone asks for forgiveness, give it to him/her freely.
What goes around comes around, be at peace with yourself and others, forgive and you shall be forgiven.
It's indeed dangerous to have too many enemies, you really don't want to be anyone's enemy. However, no matter how nice or good you are you will always have those that hate you. I'm not saying you should force or try to revive relationships that are dead.
You do not want to go around murdering people over how they feel about you. Instead, seek peace always, admit you're wrong and make amends.
With enough grace and compassion, most enemies can be transformed into friends.

Noted! I searched for a fitting community but didn't see. I didn’t know there's a community (community improvement) for it. I've joined the community and will do the needful henceforth. Thanks a lot.
