In the end of May this year we spent a weekend on an island called Engeløya. The Island is around 140 km south from where i live. The goal for the trip was relaxing, hiking and a trip on bicycle around the Island. The beach on Bøstrand have white sand and is a great place to spend a day if the weather is nice.
We had the camp and tent further out by the sea. After a meal we took a closer look at the beach in the evening sun.
In May there is not much people out here. Without us we saw 5 -6 another tent in the area and some camping caravans.
The muoutanis across the sea is a part of Lofoten islands.
We camped on the headland in the background and viewed the sunset at the tent.
It had still not been much green on the ground and forest. It was quite nice temperatures and we spent some great hours on the beach.

The sky is incredible, such deep blue colour! This island looks very strange with some mysterious vibes! Perhaps there used to be dragons inside dome secret caves!
The sun is so strong on the calm sea. This is a wonderful place of intense beauty! You are really enjoying your new car too!!
