Makes no sense at all. That is just something that somebody pulled out of their butt. It is true sometimes, and completely wrong other times. In other words, as a general rule, it's wrong and should be ignored.
Your experience is your experience, but that doesn't validate nonsensical illogical statements like "cannabinoids are beneficial but then suddenly become harmful".
