1. Funding
We are not looking for funding.
I only said that it would be good if one day we get to a stage where we can review most projects to strive for quality, and even invest in some.
Proceedings would go to supporting the project further and paying some salaries, that's it.

2. Paid for what
Most reviewers in there said that they dont want payment for reviewing and publishing articles. Yes, the main focus is to find and fix problems in Hive projects/proposals.
We are also thinking of publishing positive reviews though when findings are good.

3. No idea. We'll see. We are discussing to not burn post rewards for now and use those as a small incentive for reviewers.

4. We are defining an interview process for reviewers. Jump in discord if you want to give your 2 cents. We want this to be fair, transparent and trusted by the community.
