Benin City is the capital, and its the largest city of Edo State in southern Nigeria.
This ancient city "Benin city" was the home to the pre-colonial Benin empire. The first thing that comes into my mind when I hear about Benin is Ile-Ibinu, meaning the land of vexation, the name "Ile-Ibinu" is just part of their history. There has been various School of thoughts as to the history of the Yoruba people, don’t quote me wrong, Benin is in south-south Nigeria. Hello guys i still remain @ick-graphics.
