Let's talk about breathing and cold in this post.
I'll be happy to hear from you, your personal experience if you have some!
Merging with the cold!
Everything with me started a while back in the winter of 2018 late December.
I use to have a breathing problem sinusitis and blocked nostrils for 28 years.
Until one day I discovered Wim Hof Method, and saw a great opportunity to change my way of living, and discover the art of breathing.
Here is the place to share with you the only 2 videos that helped me see the great potential and change my way of breathing.

In a very short time, I started breathing consciously, and that immediately change my perspective about the cold and the way we live.
My practice of Yoga.
Yoga is one of the things I practice completely consciously on a daily basis.

My first engagement with the cold was back then, just walking around in my short pants on -15 degrees all winter, and people around me were like:
See that crazy guy, he's gonna get sick very soon!
PS: Never happened!
Since the day I discover it I have never had a problem with my health from any perspective!Barefoot walking called "Grounding"
Covering your body with mud have also many benefits!
From that day on!
I've been taking my cold showers from 2 to 10 minutes on a daily basis.
Also, I've been doing an ice bathtub with Ice when I have a "bathtub" to use.
My personal record 18 minutes so far.
It makes you think!
If the animals are not dependant on shoes?
- Why we humans are?
Did we evolve in the wrong way, or we just lost a piece of knowledge for our way of living and existence in general?
I don't know...
- A single animal species that need clothes to survive the winter.
Of course, the strongest aways are the survivors.
And the weakest are the prey.
This way has been for centuries and will be this we for time to be.

True story Wim hof method is good.
As I said I needed just 2 videos to become ready to reprogram my mind.
