Who is this "The Man"? And what are 'ad-hoc murals'?
I was chatting with a tagger on Twitter. I understood his reply as tagging being negative art where the effect is to fight against private property? and call attention to bad socioeconomic realities. The more answers I got, the more questions I had, and I still can't say I understand it.
