Replace the Negative news feed and sources:
this is the first step you must take. Identity the events, platforms that fills you with negativity and replace them. For me it was Twitter. I had to deactivate my Twitter, then open a new account which I careful picked out those who I follow. Now my TL on Twitter is full of positivity.Practice a Different Reaction:
when things happen to you, how do you react? Does your reaction give you Peace or Make you feel bad about yourself?. If the answer is the latter, then you will have to start cultivating the kind of reaction that helps you stay away from negative thoughts.Learn to Relax/Meditate:
Meditation help relieve your thoughts from all the negative stuff flowing through. Learn to take breaks, don't pressurized yourself to doing things or give yourself deadlines that are impossible to meet.Practice Gratitude:
A very good way of ending negative self concept is to be happy with what you have. Appreciate the little things, your friends, family, the gifts. If you can be happy with little then your minds will be free and able to think properly as your make plans to increase yourself.
