Mental Health Declarations

We are all going through different phases in life and these events do have effects on our Mental Health and in turn how we see ourselves. Some are anxious, others are depressed, some are lonely, some sad and the list goes on and on. I would not fail to say that some are on the verge of suicide. And others are taking life with ease also.

Whatever stage or class you find yourself, I'll want to share with you some words that you can declare to yourself till you begin to Walk in the reality of those words.

You are Strong

You are beautiful

You deserve to be happy

You deserve to be loved

You're not a failure

You're special

The world needs to hear your story!

Say these words to yourself anytime you feel down. Keep on meditating on them and you'll start getting hold of your life in no time.
