RE: A first Job experience

in OCD3 years ago

I applied for more than two hundred jobs in just 3 weeks

Heheh.. okay, we are talking of 3 weeks here. That's a cool figure. You need to see the way people are aggressively looking for job even at the moment. Many people have hundreds of applications which are documented in their Excel sheet and they are tracking each of these like no man's business. Hehhw.

Bro... I studied Banking and finance but I was lucky enough to be posted to serve in a bank during my Youth Service. Due to the whole Covid19 pandemic and Co, I ended up going to my PPA for only 2 Months, but what I experienced in the corporate world within this 2 months made it obvious to me that sitting in a bank or in any office like that is not my calling.

I'm no longer in that line and I'm happy working from home

Sort:

Bank work is not for the week. LOL. i can testify to that

Yeah... It's also not the best of work for someone that loves adventure. I can't cope with the 6-6 routine.

Infact, this also affected my weekend lifestyle at that time.

Sadly, people are rushing into it as far as it brings food to the table. I mean, those that are not okay with the job.

I want to believe that there are people that fancy it alot

Yeah... It's also not the best of work for someone that loves adventure. I can't cope with the 6-6 routine.

yeah me too, i couldn't cope, it was like...no time for yourself or friends because at some point you might work Saturdays, was just fed up

Sadly, people are rushing into it as far as it brings food to the table. I mean, those that are not okay with the job.

That's because they've not experience it and some just like the cooperate lifestyle
