Hello friends I hope you guys are fine and doing well, I'm also good. I was a little busy because of routine work and weekend.
Let's start with today's topic which is related to education mainly teaching.
It is a job that requires a high-grade of responsibility and empathy, especially if it involves a relationship with either children or teenagers.
Beyond parents and childhood heroes, In my opinion a teacher could be a point of reference for any pupil, as well as a model from whom they could gain knowledge about adult world. Regarding my experience, I've started enjoying history in the secondary school thanks to one of my professor. He taught with passion and that was the key to being strongly communicative and sparking the interest of his students.
Therefore, I think a good teacher should be moved by a deep love and passion for their subject. Moreover, they should never stop to study and increase their knowledge, in order not to blow out the flame that keeps alive their teaching. In other words, a good teacher should be also a good student too.
The teacher should treat everyone as equal.They don't show likes and dislikes of the students.They don't show partiality to the students. The teacher's motivation is takes more important for the student's development. So give more motivation for slow learners,(who needs your help more )not only motivates the good learner(who needs your simple help).You need to maintain good relationship with every students.
Teachers have different ways of teaching methods.So you must possess qualities according to your teaching methods. You should adapt the students' comfortable .You can able get your students attentions by your speaking skill,open mind, kind heart ,helping tendency, sometimes shows your anger (when it needs)etc.,
When you enter the class,every students eagerly waiting for your coming shows their interest more than others classes ,You have the quality of teaching.You may be their role model.
From my point of view the best thing makes a good teacher is the method they use, because some teachers are very good at teaching whatever subject, they use games to learn, use videos or thinks like that. In the first place you can realize who's good at teaching and who not, I really look up to teachers who teaching languages, because they use many ways to learn that language, increase your vocabulary or take your target language to the next level.
What makes a good teacher :
I think teachers have to have skill in communication, how they communicate well in terms of share the knowledge, explain the subject in order to the student get the point of the lessons.
Teachers also need to have an ability to inspire their students. Sometimes the way you tell story and put the particular message behind it can bring something to the student. The teacher’s demeanor in terms of dealing with difficult situation with the student also impact on the student’s perception.
This is the important one and I totally agree that being teacher is not an easy job. We know that each students has different ability of how they receiving the lesson. This is the responsibility of teacher to find the right method to all of the student. Rather, teacher should fully understand their student ability and attitude.
For one on one classes, the teachers should understand the needs of the students, and can identify the right method to deliver the lesson to the class.
Who doesn’t like fun teacher? And who doesn’t respect with the teacher who can show the fun side and wise side at the right time?

Some good points about what makes a good teacher. To me it's really important to build relations with the students. It's easier to teach someone when you know of their interests and how they are as a person. When things get hard you have some things to play on.
