I was born in a place and family where books were the only form of entertainment for me. As a child, I loved to read as many books as I could, especially those with enchanting stories. When I grew up, I decided to choose this love of mine and decided to write fiction.
I am inspired by my imagination, the world around me, and the people I meet. I enjoy writing short stories with an emphasis on exploring and experimenting with themes of different genres of fiction. But I tend to write a blend of fantasy, magical realism, and literary fiction. Sometimes I get a little bit of sci-fi too. For my Hive account, I'll allow the spirit lead.
I believe writing is very much like anything else in life: it takes time and effort to develop skills, but the rewards are worth it in the end!
I'm not a professional writer, but some things fascinate me more than anything else. One thing of such thing that interests me is music - the art of creating sound and making it beautiful! Music is the truth; it is universal; it doesn't discriminate between colors or religions; it has no boundaries or limitations.
Music brings people together and even when you're miles apart from each other in reality, your souls can be connected through its power. Music is a language that everyone can understand, even if they don't speak it. That's why music has no borders.
Music is the one thing that we have in common with people from other cultures and countries. It can be an anthem or a lullaby; it can be an anthem for sadness or happiness; it could be the first time someone hears the sound of their voice to see what it sounds like or the person who has never experienced sound before to see what it feels like.
Music is a form of healing and it has the power to take us out of this world or to help us cope with our life in this world. As someone who loves music, I think music is truly one of the most important things that we have in our lives because it can connect people no matter who they are or where they come from. Music doesn't just affect others; it affects you too!
I am a lover of all things music, whether it’s listening to different genres or trying to do covers of other people's music(literally done in my room or bathroom.. smiles)
More than anything else, I love reading and if you ever have time to spare, you can find me surrounded by books in the library which I visit almost every day. My stories are scattered around my journals because they are always coming out of me while I'm listening to music or relaxing!
