Yes, it's called King Power/Kings Power
(check the last pic)
Look at this Beauty!
A 100% organic sourdough bread made out of rye flour.
What's so awesome about this bread...
...is that it's so sludgy ("matschig" in German) inside.
A superb crust on the outside and pulpy and super
nutrient rich inside.
As a 90kg vegan i eat quiet a lot, but 1-2 slices from
this bread together with my coffee and some fresh
fruits/veggies in the morning and breakfast is a wrap.
Still, watch your Gluten!
I am aware of how much gluten i consume,
but a life with no bread at all is maybe
for other times.
For those who don't know, gluten is the cereal glue,
and it "sticks up" our digestion a little.
(Eat chia seeds😉)
They say that the gluten even has opioidic effect,
what you can feel, when you do a couple of days
without bread. Then i really crave for it😋 🙃 😜
1 kg Bread
I cut it in 2 halves and freeze up one half,
so i "stretch"/lower the consumption of gluten.
Just writing about it, i am looking forward to
the next slice tomorrow morning with some
vegan chocolate cream...hmmm...yummy 😋
Stay blessed everyone

That bread sure looks good, have you ever made it yourself?

Yes i did bake it myself already, but i gotta admit, bread is one thing that
doesn't come out better than the organic, bought one.
Most of my other created food does come out better than anything bought ;)
It looks delicious. It makes sense that bread has an opiodic effect which is why the world is addicted to it. I love it myself but feel pretty shitty if I have gluten three days in a row. When I can get spelt or kamut I feel better even though it's not completely gluten free. Sometimes you just want a generic white baguette.
Hi Carolyn!
Yes, i agree, i feel the same after too much bread, than i switch back
to gluten free carbs like potatoes and rice, and for breakfast bananas...
Hmmm, that sounds really good and yummy. Thanks for the recipe.
Not really the recipe, but good luck! ;)
Mate I can almost taste it through the picture! I love good sourdough!
I too consume large amounts of bread :P
Yeah, bread can be addictive :P
Still count your gluten, when you had enough switch to
gluten free carbs...like rice,potatoes, banana...
