I think a simple KPI can be included for us to see. Perhaps for any future events they certainly can include that data. I believe by looking at those, we know where can be improved and challenges and how effective the event is 😄
It certainly takes time for sure and not everyone wants to check surveys but there supposed to be some data. For example, how many of x people have used HBD as their payment system, where they can expand etc. Having these data really helps
