let the goods things come in! [ENG]

hello everyone, I recently read about an ancient Japanese cleansing method called (Oosouji) and I found it so interesting that I thought I should share it here because I'm going to do it myself soon.

Beyond being an idea to clean the house, I believe it is a lifestyle that we can adopt as a habit taken to various levels. This ancestral routine is done at the end of the year to receive the new year prepared for the good things to come. You should start early in the morning when your body and mind have more energy, have a few days for it and disconnect from all distractions and even put on relaxing music that does not distract you, cleaning everything from top to bottom, from shelves, walls, drawers and shelves.

You have to take out everything that is stored and clean those spaces, discarding what no longer has use or value for you, what is broken and beyond repair, separating what you can still donate and no longer want to have and what is really garbage. To do this you should have bags and boxes ready to differentiate the things you will be taking out. You will also clean each room in a clockwise direction to finish right where you started, closing the whole cycle. According to what I read, you should finish one space and then go to the other, not do it intermittently. They recommend that the whole family should participate and decide what to do with their belongings. Lastly, they recommend to pay the debts you have, to close that circle through which you lose energy and prosperity in some way.

If we look at it, this practice or ritual of cleansing, in my opinion, is a philosophy of life in itself, I myself have applied it to some extent, I just didn't know its origin. I found it fantastic to understand that nothing good will come into our lives as long as we accumulate things that are useful to us or that are already damaged. To receive all the good in our life we have to make space physically, mentally and spiritually.

I have always heard that as you have your house or your room you have your life, and I believe that these are aspects that are replicated without realizing it. When we are in disorder in our mind everything else will be like that around us.I invite you to put into practice this simple cleaning activity for the coming end of the year to be prepared to receive the good things that are to come. i will do for sure !
