Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un tema interesante para mí relacionado con la Innovación y Creatividad en el ámbito Educativo, este último es en el cual me desarrollo actualmente. Así que me gustaría contarles que significan estos términos y como se relacionan. Así que te invito a quedarte hasta el final.
Hello to all the Hive community. Happy beginning of the weekend. I hope you are resting and taking advantage of your time. Today I want to share with you an interesting topic for me related to Innovation and Creativity in the Educational field, the latter is where I am currently developing. So I would like to tell you what these terms mean and how they are related. So I invite you to stay until the end.
En la actualidad, la educación debe enfrentar retos en los diferentes escenarios de la sociedad. La forma como se implementa en las instituciones ha sido fuertemente criticada, lo cual proporciona en el ámbito educativo una conciencia crítica. En este milenio los hombres viven fascinados por las palabras mágicas, progreso, innovación y creación, Rodríguez (1998). En este caso, el hombre y la sociedad, no viven pegados al pasado, sino que, día tras día, la sociedad va progresando y se torna hacia una actitud más reflexiva e innovadora, conforme a la naturaleza multifacética y evolutiva del hombre en interacción permanente con su entorno por su puesto dinámico.
Nowadays, education must face challenges in the different scenarios of society. The way it is implemented in the institutions has been strongly criticized, which provides in the educational field a critical conscience. In this millennium men live fascinated by the magic words, progress, innovation and creation, Rodriguez (1998). In this case, man and society do not live glued to the past, but rather, day after day, society progresses and turns towards a more reflexive and innovative attitude, in accordance with the multifaceted and evolving nature of man in permanent interaction with his dynamic environment.
Hablemos de Conceptos | Let's talk about Concepts
Cuando nos referimos a los términos que enmarcan el sistema educativo como lo son: los cambios, reformas, la innovación y creatividad, podemos decir, que están estrechamente relacionados, pero que no es lo mismo, solo que todos estos conceptos engloban el término: Innovación Educativa; lo cual debemos de clarificar los diversos conceptos que se dan a continuación:
When we refer to the terms that frame the educational system such as: changes, reforms, innovation and creativity, we can say that they are closely related, but they are not the same, only that all these concepts encompass the term: Educational Innovation; which we must clarify the various concepts given below:
- Innovación: es la "introducción de algo nuevo que produce mejora" (Moreno, 1995; párr. 6). Analizando este planteamiento, nos conduce de lo nuevo a otra dimensión, agrupado a otras formas o maneras nuevas de hacer o utilizar algo.
- Innovation: is the "introduction of something new that produces improvement" (Moreno, 1995; para. 6). Analyzing this approach, it leads us from the new to another dimension, grouped to other forms or new ways of doing or using something.
- Cambio: es la transformación de un estado anterior hasta su estado posterior, que le sucede.”(Burcet, 2011).Es decir que para que se produzca un cambio, una alteración planificada en diferentes niveles (sistema, centro, aula) es decir, debe haber una transformación interna, un reajuste del entorno exterior; un cambio produce modificaciones internas y externas. El cambio no implica progreso. Ejemplo: cambios en el sistema educativo o cambios en la metodología utilizada en el aula. La innovación y el cambio es visto de forma micro.
- Change: is the transformation from a previous state to its subsequent state, which succeeds it" (Burcet, 2011), i.e. for a change to occur, a planned alteration at different levels (system, center, classroom), i.e. there must be an internal transformation, a readjustment of the external environment; a change produces internal and external modifications. Change does not imply progress. Example: changes in the educational system or changes in the methodology used in the classroom. Innovation and change is seen in a micro way.
- Reforma: es la modificación de los componentes característicos de la estructura económica, política, cultural y social de una sociedad, que se presenta e forma voluntaria y en una dirección determinada, tratando de acelerar un proceso. La reforma es percibida a nivel macro. Ejemplo: cuando hablamos de cambio de sistema educativo.
- Reform: is the modification of the characteristic components of the economic, political, cultural and social structure of a society, which is presented voluntarily and in a certain direction, trying to accelerate a process. Reform is perceived at the macro level. Example: when we talk about changing the educational system.
- Creatividad: crear que significa dar existencia a algo, o producir de la nada. hasta llegar a la realización. Educar en la creatividad, es educar para el cambio y formar personas ricas en, visión futura, iniciativa, originalidad, flexibilidad, seguridad, amante de los riesgos y dispuestas para enfrentar las dificultades que se les van presentando en su vida escolar y diaria.
- Creativity: to create which means to give existence to something, or to produce from nothing, until reaching realization. To educate in creativity, is to educate for change and to form people rich in, future vision, initiative, originality, flexibility, security, risk-loving and willing to face the difficulties that are presented to them in their school and daily life.
Relación entre la Innovación y la Creatividad | Relationship between Innovation and Creativity
En tal sentido, podemos afirmar que la innovación está relacionada con la creatividad porque es la base, para el desarrollo de dos tipos de procesos, que pueden ocurrir simultáneamente. La invención y la innovación. La creatividad incluye al individuo para pensar con originalidad, es un proceso expansivo, en cambio la innovación es la creatividad aplicada y la inventiva es un proceso proceso lógico-creativo que permite generar el cambio o el producto esperado.
In this sense, we can affirm that innovation is related to creativity because it is the basis for the development of two types of processes, which can occur simultaneously. Invention and innovation. Creativity includes the individual to think with originality, it is an expansive process, on the other hand, innovation is applied creativity and inventiveness is a logical-creative process that allows to generate the change or the expected product.
Para Concluir | In Conclusion
La innovación del aprendizaje involucra varios aspectos que llevan a la búsqueda de un aprendizaje: significativo, autogestión, integral y metacognitivo. Es por ello que la innovación representa mediación, acompañamiento y coparticipación en la construcción del conocimiento; lo cual hace de la enseñanza un proceso planificado, una construcción conjunta, una tarea creativa y una práctica sujeta al aprendizaje. Es por esta razón que las universidades deben poner en práctica la formación docente para la innovación, la elaboración de materiales y medios didácticos y la generación de modelos flexibles (currículo), el uso de las tecnologías y comunicación; es decir un colectivo de aprendizaje que se desenvuelva en diversos ambientes.
Innovation in learning involves several aspects that lead to the search for meaningful, self-managed, integral and metacognitive learning. That is why innovation represents mediation, accompaniment and co-participation in the construction of knowledge; which makes teaching a planned process, a joint construction, a creative task and a practice subject to learning. It is for this reason that universities should implement teacher training for innovation, the development of materials and teaching aids and the generation of flexible models (curriculum), the use of technologies and communication; that is to say, a learning collective that develops in different environments.
Por otra parte debe existir la articulación del sistema de innovación y la sociedad del conocimiento fortaleciendo la estructura educativas y obteniendo como resultado individuos creativos, críticos, con amplias capacidades intelectuales y de este modo promover modelos de desarrollo afines con las nuevas tendencias.
On the other hand, there must be an articulation between the innovation system and the knowledge society, strengthening the educational structure and resulting in creative, critical individuals with broad intellectual capacities, thus promoting development models in line with new trends.
