Sport and Health are one of the major characteristics of our life and survival. A man with a Good health eats well , sleep well , communicates well , Thinks well but a man with an unhealthy body Lacks a lot of physical potentials. Health is wealth exactly what people say, if you dont take care of 8your health its will become a challenge to everyone
Sports is my major discipline, sport is fun it makes us socialize with everyone. Having a particular sport is as good practise , it helps the person to exercise various joint and create balance movements for the body
Kinesiology is a branch of physiology, which studies various body movements and performance and how the body and the brain responds to stimuli around . Kinesiology helps to identify various physical disorder and how to prevent and align a good bodily shaped movement . Physical deformity has affected a lot of people in this present days which need to be controlled.
My education goal is to reduce the risk of unhealthy lifestyle and educating the unknown on various form of physical disabilities movement and how it can be controlled or attainged to. Sport education is also one of my major characteristics.we all need to engage in one or two sport . Recreational activities helps reduce risk of unhealthy lifestyles, because exercising the body can reduce risk of health problems
I love sports and every one who engages in it , sport and games is life , fun lively and promising .sport is health , health is sport we all need to start spark our self up to socialize, communicate, exercise the muscles .My general advice to everyone is to engage in a recreational activities of sport and games to socialize and reduce risk of health complications.

Am currently serving my country in Oyo state Nigeria, National you service Corp (NYSC). Nysc is a 1 year program compulsory for every graduate in Nigeria, whereby several individuals from different state will be posted to place of primary assignments in another state under Nigeria after undergoing 3 weeks military training. Nysc is a fun program , I grew up in Lagos and currently serving in Ibadan which am loving 🥰 Ibadan city already now
