Hi everyone, I'm happy to be here and share a little piece of me.
This adventure in Hive began thanks to @lapasta, tireless creator of content and ideas. Driven by his encouragement and without previous study I registered. It happened, as when you enter a new house, discovering, looking, reading, searching was the first thing. I was very pleased with what I saw and the promise of a reward.

Next, looking for the rules among so many publications that target younger Hivers, (I am not referring to the biological age of the user) and engagement and interaction appeared as the first two tasks.
Engagement it would depend on several factors, interest, available time, motivation, maybe more. This would not be an obstacle, because as I mentioned in my first post, I never abandon a project, although of course, the time to devote to it depends on my organization in daily activities (personal and professional). However, interacting socially, has not always been one of my most developed qualities, even in other social networks, I have abused of stickers and being terse. So, that would be the first obstacle to break down.
The variety of posts to read on Hive, many times grouped into communities, emerged before my eyes, like a large gallery where you can choose like-minded groups, to share hobbies, thoughts, reflections and much more. I felt it was different from other social networks, it fascinated me, for me, a plus.

The next step was, introducemyselfOCD team, for his advice, by which helped me to edit my introduction, although it required spend consumption of more resources., as any new hiver, in my case, even with little instruction, this was saturated with errors, however, there were votes, reactions and even comments. And then... WHAT AN EXCITEMENT!!!
An injection of creativity began to run through every cell in my body. Nevertheless, I continued to study various posts and tutorials, which are intended to help new hivers. I followed new tips, reacted to comments, replied to messages and joined communities, made power ups, but I didn't want to delegate HP at that time.
I wrote my second post and I got it ready so that with a single click it could be published, but....
With resources exhausted and with 0 HP, it was impossible for me to publish a second post, I felt like I was in rehab of an addiction, like a caged prisoner... no matter how many times I selected publish, I always got the same message, insufficient resources credits. There was no choice but to wait and in the meantime keep browsing Hive. In that simple action I found the first Reward:
LEARN
Everything is important, the right title, clear and catching language, quality photographs, original material, respecting the copyright with the references of the contents that do not belong to you, translating to other languages to reach more users, more people to see you, knowing the rules of each community, etc. Undoubtedly, a challenge and a very different style from my experience in other networks.

Hola a todos, yo feliz de estar aquí y compartir un pedacito de mí.
Esta aventura en Hive comenzó gracias a @lapasta, creador incansable de contenidos e ideas. Impulsada por su ánimo y sin previo estudio me registré. Sucedió, como cuando ingresas en una nueva casa, descubrir, mirar, leer, buscar fue lo primero. Me agradó mucho lo que vi y la promesa de una recompensa.

A continuación, buscar las reglas entre tantas publicaciones que van dirigidas a los más jóvenes Hivers, (no me refiero a la edad biológica del usuario) y el compromiso y la interacción aparecieron como los dos primeros quehaceres.
Compromiso: dependería de varios factores, interés, tiempo disponible, motivación, quizás más. Este no sería un obstáculo, pues como mencionaba en mi primer post, nunca abandono un proyecto, aunque por supuesto, el tiempo a dedicarle depende de mí organización en las actividades cotidianas (personales y profesionales). Sin embargo, interactuar socialmente, no siempre ha sido de mis cualidades más desarrolladas, incluso en otras redes sociales, he abusado de los stickers y de ser escueta. Así que ese sería el primer obstáculo a derribar.
La variedad de publicaciones a leer en Hive, muchas veces agrupadas en comunidades, surgía ante mis ojos, como una gran galería donde puedes escoger grupos afines, para compartir hobbys, pensamientos, reflexiones y mucho más. Lo sentí diferente a otras redes sociales, me fascinó, para mí, un plus.

El siguiente paso fue, introducemyself, como toda nueva hiver, en mi caso, aun con escasa instrucción, esta estuvo saturada de errores, no obstante, hubo votos, reacciones y hasta comentarios. Gracias, a @johordelis por sus palabras de aliento y apoyo, en cualquier inicio es algo reconfortante, y a @jcrodriguez del equipo de @OCD team, por sus consejos, por los cuales edité mi introducción, aunque requirió el consumo de más recursos.
La primera impresión no es determinante, pero importa. A ustedes, mis agradecimientos.
Y entonces… QUE EMOCIÓN!!!
Una inyección de creatividad comenzó a correr por cada célula de mi cuerpo. No obstante, seguí estudiando varios post y tutoriales, que pretenden ayudar a los nuevos hivers. Seguí nuevos consejos, reaccioné a comentarios, respondí mensajes y me uní a comunidades, hice power up, mas no quise delegaciones de HP en ese momento.
Escribí mi segundo post y lo alisté para luego con un solo clic pudiera publicarse, pero…
Con recursos agotados y con 0 HP, me era imposible publicar un segundo post, sentí que estaba en rehabilitación de una adicción, como una presa enjaulada… por más que seleccionara publicar, siempre me salía el mismo mensaje, créditos de recursos insuficientes. No había más opción que esperar y mientras tanto seguir navegando en Hive. En esa simple acción encontré la primera Recompensa:
APRENDER
Todo es importante, el título adecuado, lenguaje claro y que atrape, fotografías de calidad, material original, respetar el derecho de autor con las referencias de los contenidos que no te pertenezcan, traducir a otros idiomas para poder alcanzar a más usuarios, que más personas te vean, conocer las reglas de cada comunidad, etc. Sin dudas, todo un reto y un estilo muy diferente a mi experiencia en otras redes.
Si, en mi primera semana obtuve un gran premio, y manteniendo siempre en mente el primer consejo, constancia para llegar lejos: Continué…
