It surely does.
I have always found it difficult to put up with all the madness going on in this world. Is it just me, or are we all walking in circles? History keeps repeating itself and that's only because our society has forgotten to enjoy the simple things.
I believe we all need to let nature heal us and teach us the way. Those of you who have been following me know that I love the sea. I can't even begin to describe the magical feeling I get when I'm swimming. Definitely a therapeutic process.
Spring vibes.
A hike in the mountains is certainly a nice alternative, especially during this time of the year. Your efforts will be rewarded by mother nature, and her astonishing beauty is more than you could ask for. Just take my word for it and give it a try.
As a matter of fact, it is probably the only outdoor activity I can enjoy these days, and it goes without saying that I'm more than happy that I do have this option. I've come to realize that there is something of a healing aura up there. It's unbelievable
My way out.
I can say I have found a place for my head up there during these stressful times. And believe me when I say that it works much better with no electronic devices around. My cell phone can rest at home for a bit. Those who love me can wait.
And I can enjoy the beautiful music played by the trees, dancing to the tune of the wind. Such a beautiful mystery I would never want to disrupt. If you think I am exaggerating, then there's nothing I can say to change your mind. But a hike will...
Make time...for nature.
I do realize that most of us have to work long hours in order to make ends meet, and to achieve our goals. I also do understand that most people live in big cities, and therefore, not many are given the opportunity to plug themselves into nature on a daily basis.
However, if you are one of the lucky ones, then I'm dedicating this post to you. If the current lockdown situation allows it, take advantage of it and invest your free time wisely. You will be in for some big profits, with peace of mind being the most important.
Have a good one peeps...and stay safe.
Cheers!
I hope one day I can, I will go to a place like that
:)
