My theory
Games are great ways of distracting yourself. With current events in the world, what's better to get your mind off of things and focus on other things. If your answer was games your catching on to my drift. There's other things but I'm focused on games that are Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT)!
Here on (steem)Hive we have had one and I believe they have been great as far as early Alpha cards in terms of value.
I have a few NFT's from here and the Ethereum world. But as everyone else, when I got in early it seems like the excitement and value where always there. To be an early adopters usually has a upper hand feel to it.
Now I'm not saying go out and find NFT that's getting ready to deploy and dump everything into it. That would be dumb! You have to believe in it for it to be a valuable asset. Excitement sales better than theory. But I'm just a small player in this world and I know what I like!
I love NFT's! I think NFT's are the bees-knees! Blockchain is cool and only cool people are on the blockchain.

I attended an NFT Conference in New York City a while back and learned a great deal about Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). I also got to meet some really neat folks! One of these folks was @kennethbosak.
The reason I mention Ken is that he just recently gifted me a @splinterlands Alpha Pack! Ken is a very giving guy and also a really entertaining content creator on the blockchain. If you are not familiar with him, you may wish to check him out! He is very knowledgable about NFTs!
I have also purchased a starter pack and some booster packs for the new @exodegame. I am very excited about the game going live. Of course; my amount of purchase is small but I am bullish on the future of NFTs!

Yes, I follow Ken on Twitter and I agree he's a great content creator. Alpha where some very valuable cards to hold in Splinterlands for sure. I have a feeling that Exode is going to be another great one!
