My name is Bitrus moses, I am a Nigerian, i was born in Adamawa state, in the northern part of Nigeria and my early days were spend there. I came from a happy family my parent are blessed with eight children and i am fortunate to be the last born. We lived a family of seven instead of eight because we lost one of our brother into the cold hands of death but through all trials and hardship we live under the umbrella of love and happiness in Adamawa state until Bokoharam came in.
Who are the Bokoharams?
Bokoharam is a Hausa word which means "education is a Taboo" you can imagine the high negative mindset of some individuals to bring up such an idea. Bokoharam is group of terrorist that formed themselves up in the northern part of Nigeria where we are staying and turned our peace to sorrow.
October 2013 is the month i can not forget one Wednesday morning we woke up hearing gun shots everywhere and before we know our community was captured by the Bokoharam fighters and that happen to be a terrible experience in my life which i can not easily forget. We lost properties, the lives of our relatives, we lost our neighbors and our peace taken away from us it was a sad one and it left me with a trauma. From there i relocated to Nasarawa state middle belt of Nigeria, I started a new life although it hasn't been easy but i take what life offered to me, I maintain my happiness and with time, everything started getting better until January 6th 2021 another wave of trouble hit my family again and we lost our lovely mother to a mysterious sickness it almost wrecked me but i took it as part of life trials and encouraged myself. From there i enroll for a degree program in the northern Nigeria at Federal University of Lafia Nasarwa state. During my staying there, I met a woman by the Comfort this is a woman i can not easily forget and the story of my life can not be complete without her. She stood by me in wilderness and in lack and want. Comfort made me to be a strong man and self reliant she always tell me that i can make it, i am a great man and most importantly she always pray for me. She said to me i should not give up, she gave me books to study she invested so much in my life that alter my looks and people began to like me some people could speak directly to me that they want to be like me and it made me so happy because i felt i have found a meaningful life to still live and from there i develop interest on motivating people that feel like life is not worth living again some times i share my story with them and it encourages them. To crown it all i love putting smile on people faces, I am a humorous person, soft minded, I believed that God exist, I hate poverty and in conclusion i always try to help people to have meaning to their life, i am not so much helped enough but i love to lift someone that is nobody to become somebody, I feel like wiping poverty and suffering if it were to be within my capacity.
My contribution to Hive blockchain
My contribution to hive block chain is that i noticed so many people felt as if because they came from a poor family or they are in a position where nobody do stretch a helping hand towards them, they concluded that they can not change their story and life does not worth living. I want to induce hope in the life of such people and make them to understand that life is not always about facing advantage and no condition is permanent and to make them know that it is within their ability to change their situations
I want to help people find meaning to their life and to teach them how a son of nobody can become somebody by feeding them with educative and enlightening stories, motivations and some business strategies and how to go about their finances and also expose them to studying books and to be discipline and insist that they will lead the change that will bring them out of their difficult situations and together we will live a happy life.
