You know what it’s like to be afraid of something, whether be hurricanes, a trip to a doctor, or losing someone dear to you.
Fear is a normal reaction that warns our bodies and emotion to be careful.

Anxiety is a type of fear, dealing more worries in the future instead of fearing what is in the present.

Fear and Anxiety is a problem when we pattern it into our lives, If your personal computer/laptop is not working maybe the cpu/motherboard is the problem,do you ignore it?
Of course not, you call a computer technician to fix the problem.

When fear causes any harm in your physical, emotional, or mental stability.
And you find yourself avoiding things that possibly causing you more fear, don't ignore it.
When Anxiety becomes enfeeble thing that leaves you crouch down in fear,
do not try to push it away,
instead fight it to overcome fear and anxiety.

A Possible Ticket to Get Rid Fear and Anxiety disorder in your life.

1.Learn more about your fear.
The first step is always the hardest one but it is also necessary to a breakthrough,You can't overcome a fear that remains hidden in the soiled state of your subconscious, You must overcome your fear, to face it, rather than away from it. Learning more about your fear gives you an idea how to counter or manage it.

2.Use Your Imagination in a Positive Bright Ways.
The most amazing thing is An Imagination, It gives us the ability to create and think outside the our container.
But also an active imagination can be a dangerous spin when it causes you to think about negative thoughts. Your Imagination can control your emotion which is magnified your fears making the scenario seem much more worse that it actually is. Don't let your imagination leads you down into the darkest pits of your fear. Instead use it to overcome it.
Choose or select an ease moment, close your eyes look and imagine the time when you are afraid of something that causes you those fears, now your fear comes but in an instance you handle the situation peacefully, you didn't scream, freeze or begin to cry. But instead you conquer it, and have the courage to face it, to regain the thing that your fear brings to you.
If any of you whose agree with me Say "AYE"

3.Use Your Brain in a Different Way than Usual.
Your fear and anxiety come out of a certain part your mind, and then allowed emotion to overcome reasoned thoughts you have. When you feel fearful try to use the other side of your brain. Think about a numbers, for an instance. A dentist might ask you to rate the swelling of your pain in from scale 1 to 10. Use this scale for your anxiety. How anxious are you when 1 is perfectly calm and 10 is your most worst symptom? Stop and analyze. Do you rate your fear at 7? Will Very Good. You can can work on lowering that to a 4 or a 3. And if you do so try using the next step to lower your fear rating.

4.Focus on your Breathing.
Breathing is more important than you think, usually anxiety begin with short breaths. The short breaths cause a figure of negative reactions and when negative reactions will go to a negative emotion and interacts with your body which quickly become an anxiety attack. The possible key to overcoming those fast outbreaks of anxiety is to control your breathing.
Take a deep breath inhale and exhale, think of the most happy moment that came into your life, feel every moment that time that feels you wonderful and then focus in your breathin, make sure to make your exhale longer than your inhale, deep breathing forces your body to physically calm itself.

4.Practice Mindfulness.
You've heard about mindfulness, but what exactly is it? Mindfulness is a passive way of thinking activity that allows you to become more alert and aware of your fear.
As what you learned in number 1, awareness helps you overcome your fear and anxiety.
Exercise these mindfulness tips during your less severe times of fear and anxiety. When you recognize your fear disorder symptoms arising, sit down and think what is happening to you. this is like a mind journal entry. Observe the symptoms as they arise, don't do anything about it, just sit and keep track of yourself as the moment continues, being idle raises your self awareness, and it prevents you from doing the typical things you do when you experience fear. It helps get you out of a rut.

6.Use Nature as your therapist.
Talking to a therapist is good or let's say an excellent way to work through fear and anxiety.
However, you can't always be at a therapist office everytime and then. Try going for a walk outside instead. Wonderful and Natural Beauty found in your neighbor's backgyard,or in the shore watching beautiful sky and warmth of the sun dipping in your skin or wherever something blue and green is growing does help reduce syptoms of fear and anxiety. Nature calms people, reducing stress levels and changing mood from anxious to relaxed. bonus, the physical activity of walking and jogging outdoors requires us to use our brains differently, which can cause a switch from irrational fearful thoughts to clearer thinking that can help overcome the fear.

Most of us struggling from fear and anxiety but it is up to us how we handle the situation, Anxiety is not a joke so let's be aware of what is happening to us in everyday challenges we have.

Now Make a move Say Yes! Yes!

face it and be more greatful in every aspect of our lives.
