Delicious Chicken Biriani cooked by me few days ago!

Lots of love and and greetings to you all. Hope you all are very well.

Today I want to share with you one of my favourite item chicken biriani . This item is actually most favourite to most of the people of Indian subcontinent.

However, three days ago I was feeling so boring and badly missing delicious items which I was used to eat in restaurant almost every week. But in this coronavirus pandemic, this is very dangerous to go out without any important reason and eat something outside. So I thought that how it will be if I cook a delicious item by my own hand? So, I go to kitchen and cooked this tasty item which is so easy to cook and very yammy also .

Let's see how I cooked it step by step.

Ingredients

Chicken 1 kg
plain rice - 1/2 kg
Biriani spices
Ginger-garlic paste
Ghee or oil
Onion slices
Salt

The easiest way of cooking

At first I took a frying pan and heat it properly. After then I gave some oil and ghee ( as needed) into it. Then I add sliced onion and fry until it appears brown. Then I add Chicken and fry it some time.

After a little frying the chicken pieces, I add salt, ginger - garlic paste and biriany spices into it. Biriany spices now is available in every grocery shop. This Masala or spices makes your cooking so easy and fast.

I mixed all the spices with chicken and took some time to mix it well.

After mixing all the spices I added hot water into it and cooked the chicken.

Finished the chicken cooking I added rice into it and mixed well.

Then I added hot water into the rice as needed and cooked almost 20 minute by low heat.

At last the easiest and delicious Biriani is ready to eat. It was so tasty that I couldn't even got time to decorate it, before that this was eaten 😀
