I'm going to put the discordant note in the comments by saying that I have never, ever tried marijuana. The first time I was at a party where they were exchanging joints, I was with a boyfriend who made me see that I had an addictive personality: that everything I like, I want to have again and again. I remember that he did smoke and you know what I did? I smelled his hands, his fingers. I loved kissing him and feeling the taste of grass and alcohol in his mouth. Thank God that didn't happen from there! I think these are stages that one goes through. Now I enjoy other smells and tastes, some healthier than others, and I accept the transformation.
