When I started working at the age of 16 and thought I knew everything (who thinks differently at 16), my father gave me an important advice: never slam the door (throwing a hand grenade) when you leave. Because the earth is round, and you will meet these people again. Well, it's true, I work in a city with a population of more than 12 million people, and over 17 years of experience I have met many former colleagues repeatedly, in projects where I could not imagine it.
My grandfather gave me another important piece of advice related to work: do your work in such a way that you are not ashamed to show it to anyone. This leads to the following result: when you leave and someone comes to replace you, everything goes well for you, for the company, and for the new person.
Seems like we're on the same page here. Good work.
