Yesterday after so long my mom cooked paneer, and it was delicious. Paneer is a very source of protein in your body and it is also very tasty to eat. Paneer is very beneficial for body like.

- Good for healthy heart.
- Improves digestion.
- It strengthens your teeth and bone.
- Boost weight loss.
First cut the paneer into small cubes then fry it in oil then add onion, tomato, and all types of spices in powder form then saute it for 2 min.
Then add some water in it after 2 or 3min boiling add the paneer in it and let it cook for 5 to 10mins. After boiling check that the paneer is soft or not if it is soft then take out and serve it.
