Rosogolla is a very famous sweet in Bengal mostly eaten by every Indians. Rosogolla is nothing but just a mixture of small ball shaped dumpling made of chhena and sugar syrup.
This dish was first originated in east India(Odisha,West Bengal). Today my dad has gone somewhere so he bought this rosogolla for us to eat, and we loved it.
There are more bengali sweets which are very popular in India actually Bengal is known for his sweets mostly for rosogolla and sandesh. But rosogolla is most famous and most tastiest to eat because it contains sugar syrup so it doesn't need water to eat it and sandesh that don't cointains anytype of sugar syrup so you need water to eat it. But the both sweets are the best in kolkata.
You msut come to Bengal and try eating rosogolla.
