OCD's support is expanding!
Hello everyone! This is the 204th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.
This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.
How this Works
OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.
This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

When the thunderstorm starts and before the heaven rains fall I set up my gear to take some photographs of that beautiful lighting. Capturing thunder lightning is never been easy because you need timing I just using my phone to capture that lightning. If you have a plan to capture a bolt of thunder lightning using your phone you have to make sure your phone has an expert mode or manual mode.

Ten years ago, as I started blogging, I didn't know that I'll be able to keep up with it. As time goes by, when brands began collaborating with bloggers and I began to collaborate with some, it inspires me more to write valuable contents. While some of them collaborates with me in exchange with free products that are mostly related to my niche which is fashion, some of them have collaborated with me in exchange with monetary value or paid post. Along the way, I enjoyed blogging and even joined several blogging communities. But slowly, I started to notice that bloggers are slowly creating their YouTube channels and started vlogging and some of them focused onto their social media accounts, especially tiktok and Instagram. Engagement died on my blog, I felt like I also needed to jump into the new bandwagon. I tried creating my YouTube channel as well and since I already have an Instagram account, I also tried different ways of growing my followers but then, it exhaust me. I felt like I lost connection with my genuine readers and my followers. I frequently update my blog and I felt like I totally lost interest to continue writing. And then one day, just when I'm about to give up, HIVE happens.

Hello Hiveians! It's another dose of inspirational quotes for Sayings Saturday. This quote is quite applicable to all of us since each of us has his/her own 'oops' moment. Even if we try to be careful in doing some stuffs, there are just some errors that we can't simply get away once in a while. We even put certain measures to prevent or correct mistakes we make. Just like in the keyboard, there are backspace and delete keys for us to change what we mistakenly encoded. Also in computers, there are choices to undo errors.

Everyone born into this world must have an ego. All of us must have our egos. There is nothing wrong with having an ego, that is precisely what makes us human. But sometimes, if we put forward the ego and can't control it, the ego will overwhelm and make us someone who doesn't care about the things around. An uncontrolled ego can sometimes hurt ourselves, or worse, it can hurt other people too. Without us realizing it, the ego will come out by itself if we can't control it. There is about 80% full vaccinated rate in Singapore. Government started to open up the economy and let 50% working staffs back to companies. And further allowed maximum 5 pax to dine in, with condition complete 2 doses of vaccine (after 14 days of full vaccination).Even though the daily new cases is getting more recently after economy is opened up, but most of them are mild or no symptoms, therefore economy still allowed to be opened up.
