I know it's been a while here! Forgive me.
Weeks ago, my knowledge on Botany got tested and I underwent series of paper examination.
And you know the goal, right? Excellence or nothing else.
For the records, my name is Ifeoluwa Olaoluwapo with the username @olaoluwapo and this is my post, applying for participation in the Newbies Initiative.
MY THOUGHTS ON THE NEWBIES INITIATIVE.
An old saying goes thus, "Follow the person that knows the way."
I believe mistakes can be avoided, if people who have treaded a path are willing to show the way to amateurs, those who are not cognizant with the way.
Retarded progress could be as a result of either an individual's slackness or the ignorance to navigate through the situation.
And this, I think, is what this initiative solves. A platform for training newbies, mentorship and proper follow-up.
Just like in the case of an embryo. Every growth process involves distinct and noticeable developmental stages. An embryo doesn't have what it takes to survive on its own.
MY CURRENT HIVE REPUTATION AND HIVE POWER.
Currently, my Hive reputation is on 50. My Hive power is 11.335 HP (50.222 HP)
REASONS FOR JOINING THE INITIATIVE.
My purpose for joining this initiative is to learn commitment, discipline and consistency under the tutelage of experienced Hivers!
To understand how the blockchain runs, to be fully equipped for what it takes to build an empire even here on Hive and to learn the nitty-gritty of blogging, alongside earning through the stipulated reward system.
BLOGGING—TOPICS I LIKE TO WRITE ABOUT.
•FAITH: I'm typically into faith writing. Expect more writs about faith and God.
•SELF DEVELOPMENT GOALS: In my introductory post, I explained how keen and intricate I am about growth and becoming the best version of oneself. Talks about growth can never go obsolete, always relevant and important to every generation of time. I'll be writing on this.
•BOTANY: My course of study in whom I am well pleased. Surprisingly, phytology has been quite interesting to me and I feel some needs to hear what they have never heard before about plants. I'll be ready to serve you.
•CREATIVITY: Different forms of creativity attracts me and I'll not hesitate to share whatever I find. We should even begin to celebrate one another's originality, no matter how much or less profound it seems.
That's it about my blog. Of course, there's room for improvement and change. The goal is to get better and better and better. We keep evolving with time and I'm also open to learning all that there is, from participating in the Newbies Initiative.
I want to appreciate @aliento @starstrings01 @projectmamabg and everybody involved in the newbie initiative.
Thank you for this opportunity to share my thoughts on the initiative and thank you for this brilliant idea to help novices become professionals in their different fields, on the same blockchain!
