Hey everyone!

I am fairly new here on Steemit and I am hoping to make as much of an impact on the Steemit community as I can through keeping people motivated and letting them know that everything is possible, all bad things come to an end, you can achieve everything you set your mind too, you are worth it and dreams do come true.

I am a student from South Africa majoring in economics and politics with the aim if being able to help others by giving back to the community, just like I've pledged to do above.

We all know this but sometimes we just need a little bit of a daily reminder to keep us going! Even the best of us!

After all, this is what this platform is about right? Helping each other grow!

My pledge is to also give back into the community as much as I get. The more Upvotes, Resteems, and comments I get the more I will give back into the community and the more worth my account accumulates the more it would benefit YOU and the community!

You are a Steemian now! And your first blog is online. Better late than never, and I'm sure one day we will say those were the very early days of Steemit, so congrats! Whats essential here is regular posting off good quality blogs.
So start writing ! Tell us about your life, passion, animals or your work.
That Will attract possible followers.

We sincerely hope you find everything you are looking for and have found a new home here.

Eight suggestions to consider:

Guard your passwords carefully, and only publish with the posting key,
Use your active key only for wallet transactions, keychain and steemconnect,
The master password is only used to reset compromised passwords,
DO NOT lose your passwords; copy and store offline,
Do not publish other people's work, be it photos or written, without credit, and
be sure to source all of your work, even if it is your own.
An introduceyourself tag is used only once , and
When you open your steemit.com, in the upper right corner of the page there are 3 bars. Click on those, and then on the "welcome", and you will get a lot of reading material that will help you.
Do NOT open any links in memos or comments that you do not know who they belong to. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is, so the old saying goes. There is nothing free here.
