"GOAT SATAY"
Goat satay is a mainstay of my meal today. After before me and my family cut the goat and cleaned it.
Goat satay is famous for its delicious taste, although the effects of overeating will cause high blood pressure.

This goat satay is also a family favorite when gathering, it happens that my extended family is gathering at this Lebaran moment.
I also feel happy to always be together and burn it together.
Initially we cut the meat into small pieces, then stabbed it into a prick that we had bought before, oh yes before we burn it, we have boiled it together with its special seasonings so that later the meat is easily cooked and has a very delicious taste.
After finishing piercing it, we rushed to burn wood and coconut shells. For the burning fireplace. We started the fire, then waited for a while until it was quite right to burn the satay.
So we put the satay on top neatly, so that we can easily monitor it for later we go back and forth.
As we fan and monitor which satay is ripe at the bottom so it can be turned over, we also apply soy sauce before turning it over. So there is a sweet taste that permeates all when burned.

Finally the satay is ready to eat.
