It all starts with how you feel about yourself, you feel worthy, you feel special. Feel worthy of the best in life. The people who seem to have the best in life are no different than you. And you may even feel isolated by considering yourself worthy of the best.

If your current situation does not matter in the next 5 years, do not spend more than 5 minutes worrying about it. No amount of despair can destroy you. Worry about what's going to happen in maybe 4 to 5 years.

Positivity can be intentionally triggered by the same chemicals in the brain (neurotransmitters) that trigger pleasure and pleasure—dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins. The good news is that the brain doesn't care whether you are happy or sad. It responds to stimuli only to be happy or sad, and it immediately begins to respond by releasing associated chemicals.

This is the year (2021) when nature re-establishes itself as an authority over humans. In fact, it may be the best year yet, as it awakened humanity to the realities of life and challenged our psychic abilities that nature is still the least understood phenomenon in our universe.

Hard times don't come to destroy you - they come to bring out the best in you. When tough times come, don't just focus on ways to survive or escape, otherwise you'll miss out on the big picture. Open your heart and find ways to use it.

Even when all the doors are closed, there is always a plan to escape. Don't give up Keep watching. Continue the search. Keep knocking. Someone or the other will come to the occasion, who does not like the constant noise of your knocking.

Tough times don't last but tough people do. How to know if you are tough unless you have been tried and tested through fire? How can diamonds be formed unless they are subjected to pressure and heat?

Maintaining a positive mental attitude can help beat even the most brutal of situations. Negativity will surely break even the toughest man or woman. When talking about the mind, the mind always wins.

Hope cuts through despair like a candlelight shines through the darkness or like a laser cutting through metal, or like a hot knife cutting through butter. No matter how deep the darkness, it will never be able to extinguish the light of the candle. History is full of hopeful men and women who overcame great odds, and also full of desperate men and women who had no hope.

The purpose of existence is stronger than the toughest of times. If you find yourself desperate and on the verge of giving up, the best way to survive is to find a legitimate purpose for living. More importantly, find a reason to live for others.

The best way to stay positive in tough times is to stay active. just do something be active. Do anything, but don't be passive. use your imagination. If you're in a prison cell, imagine you're in a track field and take a walk around your cell. If you are in lockdown, exercise your body. Imagine that you are in the gym. Punch the air. Never let yourself be stagnant. Keep the focus. Breathe in and out before and after each exercise session.

Develop a morning ritual, evening ritual and night ritual. Don't allow yourself to succumb to situations that freeze you. Always make sure you are growing. Good and bad times are part of life, so never let them yourself.

Don't use moles to build mountains. What you fear will never happen. Most of the things you are afraid of are just imagination. The thing you focus on the most gets in your mind. And anything you pay less attention to shrinks in size.

In the end, the best way to stay positive during tough times is to be around someone who is quite positive and close to you. Two people are better than one. Three is even better. And if you don't have any, don't die now. Someone who is on your mind has already been sent to you.
