Actualmente soy amante y apasionado por la disciplina deportiva extrema llamada Street Workout o Calistenia mis principales metas son participar como competidor y ser un influencer en el deporte que desempeño, y ser un ejemplo a seguir para los demás atletas.
I am currently a lover and passionate about the extreme sports discipline called Street Workout or Calisthenics. My main goals are to participate as a competitor and be an influencer in the sport I perform, and be an example to follow for other athletes.
Quiero motivarlos a practicar o entrenar este deporte, este método de entrenamiento ayuda a mente y cuerpo a mantenerte sano y activo ya tener una figura atlética, definida y fuerte ya que este deporte también nos ayuda como personas ya que esta disciplina deportiva crea mejores hábitos de vida saludable promueve el compañerismo y el trabajo en equipo el Street Workout te ayuda a mejorar la autoestima y confianza de las personas que practican este deporte.
I want to motivate you to practice or train this sport, this training method helps mind and body to stay healthy and active and have an athletic figure, defined and strong as this sport also helps us as people because this sport discipline creates better habits of healthy living promotes fellowship and teamwork Street Workout helps you improve self-esteem and confidence of people who practice this sport.
