Hola amigos de Hive hoy quisiera compartir con ustedes una rica preparación de la arepa Venezolana rellena de Marrano, pues quiero compartirlas con ustedes porque de niño mi padre siempre me llevaba a comer esas arepas, mi padre trabajaba de taxi en la ruta 18 de Carorita (esto es en Barquisimeto) casi siempre que llegaba del trabajo llegaba con su bolsita de marrano el lo compraba en la entrada de Carorita, el que es de Barquisimeto y se ha parado allí a comer una arepa sabe que es unos de los mejores lugares donde tienen este tipo de comida ( Marrano, chicharrón, arepa de chicharrón).

Hello friends of Hive, today I would like to share with you a delicious preparation of the Venezuelan arepa filled with pork. I want to share it with you because when I was a child my father always took me to eat those arepas, My father used to work as a cab driver on route 18 in Carorita (that is in Barquisimeto). Almost every time he came home from work, he would buy it at the entrance of Carorita, which is in Barquisimeto and he has stopped there to eat an arepa, he knows that it is one of the best places where they have this type of food (pork, chicharrón, arepa de chicharrón).

INGREDIENTES

  • Marrano

  • Aceite comestible

  • Sal

  • Orégano

  • Harina de maíz

  • Agua

INGREDIENTS

  • Pork

  • Edible oil

  • Salt

  • Oregano

  • Corn flour

  • Water

PREPARACIÓN

Poner a calentar el aceite al marrano le colocas la sal a tu gusto, (en mi caso me gusta que tenga bastantica sal que cuando muerda la carne pueda salir ese juguito de la carne saladito) y el orégano por ultimo lo hechas al sartén a freír. Para la arepa colocas el agua le echas la sal y la harina la pones en el budare a cocinar por ambos lado.

PREPARATION

Heat the oil in the pig and add the salt to your liking (in my case I like it to have enough salt so that when I bite into the meat I can get that little juice from the salty meat) and the oregano. For the arepa you put the water and salt and the flour in the pan to cook on both sides.
