November 11, 2021 is a historic day for us; Sagobi satay culinary traders in the city of Lhokseumawe. On that day, with all our efforts we tried to present a new outlet as a branch of the existing outlet. @dilimunanzar is our friend and also one of the employees in this culinary business who was entrusted by the big boss of @sagobi to manage the new outlet.
At first we were a little pessimistic, because after the Covid19 pandemic in 2020; Opening a new business is a necessity. Moreover, applying for a business capital loan to a bank is also not the best solution.
This young man is cool; he gave us a solution, yes @dilimunanzar has a number of Hive coins on his personal blog. A number of coins that have been collected are converted into Rupiah; Indonesian currency, with a calculation of approximately 29 million rupiah.
The money from the Hive coin was the forerunner to the establishment of one of the new Sagobi Outlets and today has reached its first day of celebration. This 1th Anniversary another outlet of Sagobi is clearly a stepping stone for us to continue to build a culinary business that is now starting to be known in the province of Aceh; especially the city of Lhokseumawe.
In the province of Aceh, satay has become a culinary tradition enjoyed by the community, even for the area of origin, satay here is named after the city, like cooked satay, the satay comes from the city of Matangglumpangdua. Likewise, one of the satay restaurants in Lhokseumawe, because of its origin from Geurugok, Bireuen, the satay was called 'Sate Sagobi' in our land.
Culinary stalls located in the Medan-Banda Aceh crossing, precisely in the city of Lhokseumawe in Aceh province, are one of the destinations that I often visit. There is always menus of satay mixed with peanut sauce, soup and rice to be a delicious meal, both during the day and at night.
A clean culinary atmosphere and having customer-friendly service make it a new destination for traditional culinary, now no longer have to go far to enjoy our favorite food, city residents easily find it. The prices that are priced are also very varied, besides being cheap, the food menu served is very tasty, this traditional cuisine is indeed very famous.
Due to the increasing customer demand, it is necessary for us to add outlets to make it easier for culinary connoisseurs to reach.
"If you want to be a boss, you must study. If you want to be a big boss, you must have money"
The two sentences above are the motivation for us to keep fighting in this field. Even though we were as old as corn; but the desire to develop this business cannot be underestimated.
With the presence of our outlet and it is even 1 year old, we hope that in the next opportunity we can present other outlets. Of course with the hope that it will open up more opportunities for young people to engage in this business.
We extend our deepest appreciation and gratitude to @dilimunanzar as the shareholder who built this outlet with great difficulty; spending the collected coins is not easy. Moreover, he has to sacrifice his time and hobbies that he has been working on (making a blog on the Hive platform)
Hopefully with the achievement of this 1 year Sate Sagobi outlet; we hope to continue to build regeneration in the traditional culinary field that has been developed decades ago.
