Hive Friends Ever heard of vegetables or land kale plants? yes, water spinach is divided into 2 types, namely water and land kale???
The main difference between these two types of kale is in the shape of the leaves and the color of the flowers. Kangkung land (Ipomoea Reptans) is bright green with pointed leaf tips. The color of land kangkong flowers is white.
Meanwhile, water spinach (Ipomoea Aquatica) has dark green leaves with rounded or blunt ends so that it looks wider. The color of water spinach flowers tends to be purple. In addition to physical differences, the habits of how to harvest these two types of kale are also different. Land kale is harvested by pulling it out, while water spinach is harvested by cutting it.

Kangkung is not a foreign vegetable in our environment, and I am one of the fans of various culinary origins from this plantBuddy @Hive All

Kangkung is a very popular vegetable. Usually made stir-fry, cah, or salad. The popular kale dish is ca kangkung with tauco or shrimp paste.
Kangkung is also efficacious as an antitoxin and can treat various health problems. Kangkung functions as a sedative and is able to bring nutritious substances to the digestive tract. That is why, this plant has the ability to neutralize toxins in the body.

Cultivating kale is one of the jobs that many people in this area are engaged in.
Therefore, many agricultural extension friends went to the field to see and monitor the condition of the kale cultivation land in their working area. so that if there are obstacles, farmers can consult directly with agricultural extension officers so that farmers can enjoy their harvests to the maximum.
So hopefully my post can be useful for all @Hive friends
