Story of a village Doctor.

I would like to share a interesting story with you which I heard 10 years ago.

There was a Local doctor in sylhet, Bangladesh who used to do all type of surgery .In fact he was famous for surgery though He don't have MBBS qualification but had some Local doctor qualification or something like that. Always he used to do some basic check and EX-Ray and used to do surgery with that information. He was very famous within that region because of his success rate and all MBBS qualified doctor was Jealous about that because They had applied Lots of policy to damage his reputation but they became failed. So finally they reached to a Famous medical officer in dhaka.

So medical officer in Dhaka asked about his details including his qualification. After thoroughly checked up he found that his local medical treatment qualification gave him a certain level of knowledge about human body while he dont have any idea about vast majority of human body function.

So medical officer said please arrange a Medical seminar in sylhet and invite him to attend that seminar. As per the plan medical campaign hasbeen called in sylhet town and that doctor has been invited in that seminar and medical officer from dhaka also attend there. So Medical officer made video a presentation about human body and started explain every single part of the body including every single vain,Bone ,Tissue and all parts of the human body.All other doctor thaught that what he is doing and we had spent too much money to know only this thing which already we had learned in our study time. After presentation Medical officer had seen that other doctor is not happy about his activity and he didnt mention anything and came back DHAKA. BUt following day all the doctor has noticed that local famous doctor start to refuse few surgery , few surgery has been unsuccessful , Slowly slowly he stopped watching patient. So all doctor was happy and called that Medical officer in dhaka to know the fact. Medical officer explained them
when I had checked his qualification i noticed that mentioned doctoc know only few things about human body and he used to operate all the Surgery on the basis of that knowledge and his confidence was so high with that little knowledge. As a result his surgery outcome was successful . Then I decided to educated him about human body and Every single part of the human body and how risky activity he is operating. So in seminar when he learned about human vain, Bone, Infection reason, relation between all part of the human body , He become scare and now he realize that how risky is this one . So whenever he is now operating any surgery , He is Becoming less confidence because of his little knowledge and our presentation picture is coming in front of him which is making him more scare.

Moral of the story is .

Little learning is a dangerous thing.
You cannot Change Little learner unless you educated them
Everybody Should do some research on their own profession To protect fraud .
Blind believer Cant be change unless you Revel the truth to them.
Little learner and Blind Believer Confidence is Always High Because Their Learning World is very Limited .So You cannot change them until you increase Their Learning Capability.
