Hi @jasonbu. I absolutely understand your pain, I have gone through the same situation several times, because throughout my existence I have always had animals living with me (dogs, cats, turtles), and they become part of our families, they are not pets, they are another member. The only thing I can tell you is to be grateful for the time that Caffrey-Buddy was with you, and feel happy for having given him a good life of respect, love, affection and attention. I know well that even though he is no longer physically with you, he will always be near you, watching over you like the angel he always was. A hug.
