Hola comunidad SWC soy Coxson Ugas, del Estado Anzoátegui, Puerto Píritu, llevo 2 años y medio en calistenia, me dedico al only statics, streetlifting y circuitos de resistencia, aunque mi preferido son los circuitos de resistencia, comencé haciendo calistenia en Perú por unos amigos de secundaria, no fue fácil mantenerse al principio ya que como inmigrante me tocaba trabajar y estudiar al mismo tiempo ya era difícil, agregar un nuevo habito era un reto, pero con perseverancia todo se logra.
Siempre quise destacar en algún deporte, al ver que progresaba y me iba superando en calistenia me empecé a enamorar más, además de otros motivos influyentes.
Uno de mis mas grandes sueños es poder competir a nivel internacional y enseñar la calistenia a cualquier persona.
Hello SWC community I am Coxson Ugas, from Anzoátegui State, Puerto Píritu, I have been doing calisthenics for 2 years and a half, I am dedicated to only statics, streetlifting and resistance circuits, although my favourite are the resistance circuits, I started doing calisthenics in Peru because of some friends from high school, it was not easy to keep up at the beginning because as an immigrant I had to work and study at the same time it was difficult, adding a new habit was a challenge, but with perseverance everything is achieved.
I always wanted to stand out in some sport, when I saw that I was progressing and improving in calisthenics I started to fall in love with it more, besides other influential reasons.
One of my biggest dreams is to be able to compete at an international level and teach calisthenics to anyone.
