how you can benefit from them?
a) pay some ESTM-s to promote your post -- doing this, will make your post more visible for other users (i.e. Ecency will insert your post into other users' feeds, they will see it and - who knows! if the content super, they wili check the post and upvote it.
b) the more reliable way is to use ESTM to 'boost' your post. how? log out, log-in again using not posting, but active pass, then go to the post you want to boost, -- you will see menu interface like this:
press 'boost' and choose how many ESTM you want to pay.
Ecency will upvote your post in a day, PROFIT!

making post and comments, brings you ESTM tokens. a t this moment you collected already 165. you can use them to promote or too boost your posts. I dont advise you to promote posts, I advise you to boost posts. but ofc that is up to you man!
