My first introduction to Hive Community ^^

in OCD3 years ago

Greeting lovely Hivers from a locomotive girl ^^ 😙

Actually, I have no idea why I wrote then deleted for so many times just like a clockwork. Maybe because I am not confident about my writing skill and I have a little bit self-deprecating in the thinking of how hivers will reaction with my post. Never mind! I must make it done ^^ 💪. It is really funny to let out one thing that it took over 2 weeks for me to complete my first introduction to the hive community. Thanks to @crazy-bee who kindly lets me know the existence of Hive Platform, and @trangbaby who is very enthusiastic in guiding how to do with Hive. I owe both of you a big favor.😌

My name is Hong, my friends often call me “Tuoc Chu” as my nickname on facebook. I am 29 years old this year, but people do not think it is my truly age due to my skinny apperance shows that I am in my 35 years old, lol. Anyway, it is not a big deal, I have get common with it, dears.

I was born in Dak Nong province, located in the southern part of the central highlands. My hometown is famous for industrial crops such as: rubber, cacao tree, pepper, cashew… and especially coffee tree.

It is quite hard to explain my jobs in detail. I always suppose what I have done in the past and what I am doing for a living now just like my main purpose of changing a new person with my new awareness.
Before becoming a dairly farmer as that time, I was a customer care staff in Viettel Corportation, one of the biggest corp. in VietNam. This job brought me so much enjoyable work experience and a sound financial condition but joy.

After 3 years working there, I took any risk to decide to quit my job in 2018 and applied for saleman position in a real estate company. During a four- month probationary period and 6 months of being a formal employee, I have sold 3 units for customers, but with difficulty. With a lot of pressure, stressed and obsessed with specific characteristics of my job.😔

In 2019, I made my own decision to be off work and decided to get my gap-year in somewhere I did not know. And finally, Myanmar was my indeed destination that I have chose between a lot of interesting places.

I have to say that the trip to go to Myanmar was an extraordinary trip, brought about a turning- point to my life and my consciousness. 5 months living there without working, I have learned how to survive and maintain my lives without money, without work. I found a place to stay in a monastery with other fellow Vietnamese people, we went to beg for food with other monks and nuns in the morning daily for our breakfast and lunch.

For the dinning time, we walked around the village to ask for vegetable from the native people, then mixed all together in a medium size-pot. Although we cannot speak Burmese language and they cannot speak English, we still had a great connection by our body language.

I even have learned how to take a shower and change my clothes outside with only a piece of cloth. What an amazing moment! I think in the next posts, I will introduce you all this special cloth, my detail trips around Myanmar and some countries on the way to come back Viet Nam, and hope one day, my fellow hivers can have the enjoyable experiences as I did.

On September 2019, after coming back Viet Nam from Myanmar, my mind was just on the air cause I did not know what I should do for a living. I could not turn back to be a white-color again, I would rather die than be a slave for office. Just like God does not let people down, a new doors open, reach to my hands as my salvation, I have become a volunteer as an Englisht tutor for ethnic minority juveniles in Ha Giang, located in the remote northern area of Viet Nam. In addition to, my lovely friend who I met in Myanmar introduced me a part time job as an online personal assistant with her ex-colleague.

With a salary of 5.000.000 vnd (approximately 220$) per month, I could cover the cost of my life while being a volunteer. For other people, they may shake their head or say “ are you insane, gal. How do you live with that salary?” But, you know, I feel extremely excited for what have come to me, for what I have been through.
In 2020, When the Covid 19 pandemic went down on the Earth, I stucked myself in Ho Chi Minh city- a middle of the epidemic, I lost my part time job as so many people did. I had to try to keep my mind being stillness and calm, tried to be more positive for what was happening. I found out myself in the way of understanding the inner-self, in the meditation which I have been practiced in Myanmar. The more I know myself, the more I have lot of encourages to leave the city life and return to the nature. In the end, Gia Lai province is the place I took for my current journey. During over 3 months staying here till now, I obviously become a unwilling farmer without agricultural knowledge and experience.

I love Myanmar and visited it around 6 years ago. Really want to be back one day. How did you manage to live in Myanmar for 5 months? Were you applied through any organization or just travel by your self? I read that you lived with other vietnamese but not sure how you knew about the place

Hello sis! I have applied to get 3 months visa from a monastery in Thanlyin, Myanmar. At the first thought in my mind, I just wanted to go away from Viet Nam for a while, so picking Myanmar on my list was a best idea. :D I knew that monastery from one of my friend who already known that I need a new place for a change of air hihi. Then he suggested me leaving all behind and going ahead to Myanmar.

Hey, there! I just saw that you followed me so I came here to inspect. Welcome aboard (delayed) \o\

I am not cut out to be a excellent writer but I have written with all the feelings lived together.

I also know you published book. Thank you for your comment as an big encouragement for me to keep moving ;) Hope I can read more your article! Xxxxxx.

It's awesome to know my work served as reference for someone else on the other side of this wild world. Isn't it great that we can communicate instantly, across the globe. It wasn't possible, say, twenty years ago.
