Hoy quiero compartirles como me plancho el cabello y quiero compartir con ustedes algunos tips que a mi me han funcionado para tener un planchado ideal y lo mas importante es cuidar tu cabello para evitar su maltrato y que se vea sano.

Una plancha de cabello es un elemento que no puede faltar a la hora de peinar o arreglar tu cabello ya sea para una ocasión especial o simplemente para el día a día, con la plancha podemos alisar o hacer ondas.
Realmente planchar el cabello es un proceso bastante fácil aunque sus técnicas te ayudaran a lograr un cabello totalmente liso y sin frizz.
A hair straightener is an element that cannot be missing when combing or fixing your hair, whether for a special occasion or simply for day to day, with the straightener we can straighten or make waves.
Actually ironing your hair is a fairly easy process, although its technique will help you achieve completely smooth hair without frizz.
Antes de empezar les dejare una foto de como es mi cabello natural.

Comencemos/Let's start
Primer paso:
Debemos lavar adecuadamente nuestro cabello, yo utilizo el shampoo de Pantene que es para cabello liso, todo va a depender de tu tipo de cabello para que así se tenga un brillo natural.
First step:
We must properly wash our hair, I use Pantene shampoo that is for straight hair, everything will depend on your hair type so that it has a natural shine.
Segundo paso:
Desenredamos con peine o cepillo, debemos asegurarnos de que el cabello este completamente seco ya que es muy dañino para nuestro cabello plancharlo cuando esta húmedo, yo utilizo un secador y un cepillo en forma de plancha para esto pero también se puede secar al aire libre, no hay problema con eso. Divido el cabello en 2 partes iguales, agarro un pedacito de cabello por la parte de abajo y comienzo a secar.
Second step:
We detangle with a comb or brush, we must make sure that the hair is completely dry since it is very harmful for our hair to iron it when it is wet, I use a dryer and a brush in the form of an iron for this but it can also be dried in the open air, no problem with that. I divide the hair into 2 equal parts, grab a piece of hair from the bottom and start drying.
Tercer paso:
Encendemos la plancha, la temperatura va a variar según tu tipo de cabello, yo la utilizo en 270 grados centigrados. Volvemos a dividir el cabello y comenzamos a planchar desde abajo (cuello) hasta arriba(cabeza) cuando este caliente, para que quede bien el cabello hay que planchar de la raíz a la punta y lo hacemos una o dos veces hasta que quede liso, es importante no pasarla tantas veces ya que si la tienes a una temperatura ideal va a ser suficiente
Third step:
We turn on the iron, the temperature will vary according to your hair type, I use it at 270 degrees Celsius. We divide the hair again and begin to iron from the bottom (neck) to the top (head) when it is hot, so that the hair looks good you have to iron from the root to the tip and we do it once or twice until it is smooth, it is important not to pass it so many times since if you have it at an ideal temperature it will be enough
Cuarto paso:
Por ultimo yo coloco este producto que es como un spray para que se vea con mucho mas brillo y ademas ayuda con el frizz!!
Fourth step:
Finally, I put this product that is like a spray to make it look much more shiny and also helps with frizz!
