Coming down to Africa continent, meeting a young traveller and a photographer by name Udefi Victor Amobi.
I live in Africa,Nigeria to be precise.Am a traveller and also a photographer. Although am still a student in the University of Nigeria ,who is currently studying photography.I wish to explore in my field and become one of the best photographers in the world,that's one of my main reasons of joining this great community OCD because I want to see people of great personality and people of great value who can help me achieve my goal and I believe they are here.I will be glad if am welcomed in this community.
I started loving photography when I was twelve and am proud to tell you I have my own camera now. Then when I was twelve,my parents bought me a new camera,although am supposed to have read the manual at first before operating it, but the excitement and happiness made me forget that, so I rushed and started opening the camera from the carton which it was packed in without reading the manual. My uncle Mr. Smith then shouted "hey victor stop that go read the manual first" I was reluctant at first but he came close to me and started showing me some parts of the camera and their uses.
I can remember he first showed me the power button then he told me about the digital memory ,that is where pictures are stored in the camera.
He then talked about the viewfinder I can remember he said it is used to find a particular spot to focus on by the photographer. He said once I have gotten that focus,I should press the shutter release button to capture. I was very happy and couldn't let him finish.I left him and went to practice with what he told me.
Still now taking photographs have become part of me.
Am very happy to be a photographer,and I wish I can explore in this community.
