The solution to all we fear is relatively simple but often the most difficult thing for humans to do.
We cannot really change WHAT IS.... out there.
When we understand that the Mind is the creator at this level of existence... the creator of our experience, then it becomes a matter of disciplining the mind and aligning our thoughts, choices and actions with our higher awareness.
Most cannot work in the layers of mind or spirit, so all that remains is to use the body as a tuning fork and apply the transformational gift of CONSCIOUS CHOICE.
The body, after all, is our first mirror of creation. If your energy consumption is out of balance, if our systems are overloaded with toxins, if our need for external forms of energy are out of balance.... it shows in the body as weight gain/loss, on our skin, our tongue...etc, as discomfort, pain, disease and finally terminates in physical death. (there are hundreds of clear symptoms)
The problem with the mirror is that we have been taught to do things out there to make ourselves feel better, to feel loved, accepted or secure. That is like cleaning the mirror to remove the smudge on our face.
If we were taught to stay present to what is happening in the moment and not look externally for the answers; if we understood that the body is the physical manifestation of our energetic system and directly reflects our imbalance so that it may draw the attention of our mind(the creator) to correct the imbalance through consistent conscious choice (our super power), then we would quickly realise that there is a natural process that dissolves our suffering, that we have an internal guide that shows us the way, that we are perfect and can heal naturally if we do not compromise our energetic systems with toxins - mental/emotional/physical.
The problem is most don’t understand that pain and suffering are functional aspects of the process, and are supposed to draw your attention to the imbalances...so we suppress the symptoms with medication, drugs, entertainment, busyness (work) or anything out there that will distract us from our discomfort...
That forces the imbalance to manifest in the denser layers of our Being and into our physical reality, where it becomes pain and disease... eventually you have no choice but to face it, live in pain, or drop the body and distorted mind.
Our relationships with lovers and family are another mirror, an extension of the first mirror in many ways, but certainly a reflection of our belief systems, our unbalanced needs, and self defence mechanisms.
Our emotional reactions draw our attention, so when we take radical responsibility for them (not for what is happening, but for how you are reacting), then we start to see our patterns.
Once we have that awareness, those patterns start losing power over us and we can choose to respond differently to our environment.
The mind is complex - our concept of self (personality) has been created by a unique sequence of astrological, genetic, and circumstantial events that makes it almost impossible to understand the complex set of belief systems, thought forms, and unconscious agreements that you have in mind; systems that you have subconsciously created to satisfy your energetic need for attention and validation, or the ones that you have constructed to protect you from those you love (the people you depend on for your external energy, or the ones you demand/expect it from).
Yet your identity... this unique expression of Consciousness, also has purpose and you need to surrender to that fact, and accept WHAT IS.
So what do we do?
Choose consistently to love yourself by...
Taking radical responsibility for what you put into your mouth or absorb through your skin. (eat whole foods that actually contain real nutrition)
Consistently detoxifying your body to keep your energy flowing and preventing the immune and other system from being overtaxed
Get enough oxygen in your system (exercise and certainly do not smoke as it limits the oxygen to every cell)
Strengthen the heart as it generates a powerful electromagnetic field that helps bring your field into a coherent state (balance). It also communicates with the field produced by your brain, the Earth and every other fields of influence.
Do the basics - hydrate, sleep enough, spend time in nature, unplug.
Do not regularly use any substance that disconnects you from your truth - alcohol, weed, chemical drugs, mindless entertainment, etc.
Each time you discipline your mind to do what it takes to bring your system into balance, you become more empowered; each time you choose to take radical responsibility for your reactions, you start reprogramming your destructive beliefs.
As energetic beings we exist across an energetic spectrum that ranges from Fear on one side to Love on the other. (States of Being)
While we are externally focused, and have not disciplined the mind to do what it must consistently, we recreate patterns that keep us suffering and in the Fear state.
The undisciplined mind is dependent on external information(energy) so it is easily manipulated (or looses itself), does not understand its autonomy and creative potential, and cannot really connect to others without forming a dependency (conditional love).
The disciplined mind starts to shed the illusion that it is the self and understands that it is a functional aspect of the process... that awareness shifts us to our internal landscape where we can explore our truth beyond identity and the feeling of being separate.
Once we become aware (realise that we are not just the mind that is constantly thinking and feeling, but rather the awareness of our mind), then we step into our true potential and start to feel Love - A state of Being, not something given or received, but a state that is achieved as we strip away all the limiting beliefs... especially the one that thinks we function independently of one another and the natural world around us.
It’s a journey that starts with disciplining the mind to do each day what you must.
The Conscious mind (pain body) is that voice in your head that thinks you cannot, that is afraid, that procrastinates and comes up with excuses why you cannot, it is the wounded child that throws tantrums or hides away in fear, it is the part of you that does not feel empowered, that is addicted to external forms of energy to validate your existence and protect you from those from whom you need it.
We need the willpower (discipline) to override that voice in our head... to dissolve the pain body and connect with our truth.
This is our purpose for Being.
As we do this, and shift our conscious mind out of the Fear frequency range, we not only fortify our physical body and immune system, we shift out of need of external information(energy) and into autonomy as powerful creators.
At this point we free ourselves from the dualistic system that can be manipulated by all young species (other humans & other ‘ slightly older’ expressions of Consciousness) that have been suppressing the evolution of humanity - They still exist in a state of Fear(need) and require the denser forms of energy that we transmit while we remain in a state of FEAR (disconnected from our truth)
I know how crazy that last part sounds, but the answer to what we should do to protect ourselves from this ‘pandemic’ and the manipulation, or... how do I improve my health, my relationships or my business, are all the same ...
So it doesn’t matter if I am crazy or not.
Simply step into the truth of all that you are.
