This journey took a fair share of self-persuasion and motivation, especially in those initial days after I created my account. However, I firmly believe in seizing opportunities and taking that bold step forward.
I owe my introduction to Hive to my wonderful daughter-in-law, @vivianlively, who enlightened me about this platform's potential. She emphasized how Hive can help me enhance my writing and creative skills, connect with new friends, and gain knowledge and experience from fellow enthusiasts. I'm genuinely looking forward to this enriching experience.
Allow me to share a bit about my background. I hail from the Esan region, specifically the city of "Uromi," which is nestled in the north-eastern part of Esan—a sub-ethnic group of the Edo people within Edo state. I am the eldest of four children and was born and raised in the vibrant city of Benin in Edo State. Oh, and I recently celebrated my birthday on the 20th of October!
In my early 50s, I find myself embracing the ever-evolving world of technology and connectivity. I take pride in being a single mother to two incredible daughters, both in their thirties. Professionally, I'm a dedicated female teacher working with secondary school students. The opportunity to mold young minds is a rewarding and inspiring journey.
Adding a little extra flavor to my profile, I've penned one captivating storybook tailored for secondary school students. The book is titled 'MY MAMA'S MOONLIGHT STORIES,' and I'm eager to share my passion for storytelling and literature here on Hive.
So, as I embark on this new adventure, I'm eager to learn, share, and connect with all of you. I'm excited to dive into the world of blogging, creativity, and knowledge-sharing on Hive. When it comes to joining Hive, my goal is to become an active member of article-writing communities. I have intentions to participate in communities like "WEEKEND EXPERIENCES". "And More."
