Hi, dear Hive friends. Greetings all. we are new members of this Hive community and would like to introduce ourselves to all of you. In our previous post, we wrote an article about a review of tourist attractions in Holbung Hill, North Sumatra, Indonesia. Then one of the admins from the @ocd team, namely @indayclara, suggested I (admin) to make an introductory post here. This is getting more and more interesting for us.
Well, my name is Julia (admin), I come from the city of Medan, Indonesia. Since high school, I have had a hobby of adventure and traveling to nice and beautiful places. From my hobby of traveling around the city, I got the idea to build a website related to traveling. Currently, I have joined a site called wireloca.com which aims to provide information services about places that will be visited by people from outside the area. From the website we built, we want to become a community service startup to make it easier for people to find lodging, transportation, and tourist destinations they will visit. The website we built is still new and has not been developed at all. We hope that this website will become bigger and developed. The things we want to achieve on this website are:
- Making Android and iPhone applications
- Use of cryptocurrency and blockchain
- Has a transportation ticket purchasing service
- Has hotel and lodging booking services
- As well as working with vehicle rental owners
My first start (admin) discovered the Hive platform and got interested in it, starting when I was looking for ideas and references to travel websites. I found many web travel on Google and found one interesting web travel. On the web, I also found Hive which made me curious so I came here. This is a social web platform that really appeals to me.
Apart from that, we also want to build a travel community in Indonesia that connects people from all over the world to exchange information about tourist destinations, lodging, and transportation at low prices on a website that we will develop. Maybe it will take a long time because we don't have big capital. But I hope my goal can be achieved.
In developing the wireloca.comwebsite, we will try hard. we realized we didn't have the ability to build everything in a short amount of time. I hope that the Wireloca website that we have built can continue to grow and become a reference for travelers. We hope that our introduction today can establish friendship and exchange information with all hive members here. Nice to meet you.
