Introduction
Hello I am Muhammad and am hailing from Pakistan. I heard a lot about the hive community from @liquidocelotytt which happens to be my real life maternal cousin. After seeing his recent success as he is level 50 now and I see he is always joining several competitions and earning rewards in the form of hive. I have decided to join the Hive platform. I am not a complete newbie to blogging in fact I used to be quite active on read.cash in 2022 but since rusty left (Eventually he came back) then the rewards I do not enjoy that much so I am not quite active there as much.
My core reason to join Hive is to make round about 200+ dollars per month consistently so that I can upgrade my gaming pc to having a gtx 4070 which is on a whopping 600 dollars plus budget. Basically I am a pc gamer by heart and love talking about gaming. I like cryptocurrency like hive because it gives opportunity to pc gamers like me to interact with other writers and readers on a mass scale and in turn also make money as well. Please help me out as I am a complete newbie on hive although my cousin is helping me out but still additional advice is welcomed as well. Best wishes and wish me best of luck as well as I am a complete newbie to the hive platform but the first step is always important cheers!!
We sincerely hope you find everything you are looking for and have found a new home here.Welcome to the Hive community @wraith-27!
Seven suggestions to consider:
I found you because @brittandjosie and @jamerussell from @heyhaveyamet presented and promoted your publication to get more exposure and help you grow faster.
If you find yourself overwhelmed and need some guidance, or if you have any questions, there are informed Hiveans available who can help you; you can click to go to The Terminal in Discord here:
Have fun and happy Hiving!
Jamerussell? I don't normally identify the author or the creator of a photograph or image I put in my articles inasmuch as I only use pictures and images that are free to use (e.g. Pixabay). I do so on other platforms, but not on Hive. Should I go back and do so with each and every picture and image I've places in my articles on Hive?
Since I recommend this to every Hivean here, I am not saying you have to source your images, I suggest it to eliminate any undue issues with anyone who goes after people who do not source. That is strictly up to you. I would sincerely recommend that you start sourcing those from this point forward though as it displays to the community that you have the sufficient permissions to use that photo, since your post is monetized.
Here is a post I made on it for simple sourcing:
https://peakd.com/theterminal/@jamerussell/easy-and-correct-minimal-sourcing
Jamerussell? Yeah, when I first signed up for the HubPages writing site, I didn't give such information about the free images and pictures I got from Pixabay. However, later on I did so after so many of my colleagues told me that it would look more professional. I guess I need to go back to my first article here on Hive and do the same. I would also be doing that on Steemit, because a multitude of my same articles also appear there. I didn't think that it was that big of a deal here on Hive previously, but it turns out that it is.
Anyhow, thank you the head-ups.
My suggestion to you stands, I would not worry so much about what you have done or not done in the past, but simply work on it now, but again, that is strictly up to your own discretion.
I will continue to suggest and teach others to source as yes, that was the other thing that was extremely beneficial, the more professional appearance of it as well.
I simply look at it like this, if I am an author or photographer and someone uses a quote or photo that I made, even though I have explicitly stated that no attribution is necessary, I am still happy when someone puts my name and work out there for more exposure. I explain that in that post I believe.
Perhaps just look at these and maybe see a lesson or two on here.@wraith-27, I apologize for allowing this outside conversation to occur on your introduceyourself post, I had no control over the other convo. Neither of these conversations should have taken place here.
Thank you so much for joining hive I feel some how you should set your target as 2k dollars per month via hive as it is not impossible to achieve. But wishing you the best of luck my cousin on the hive.blog blogging platform am sure you are going to love it here as the community is awesome.
I would like to know why are you powering down?
I ATE MY PIE, CAN I HAVE YOURS? https://peakd.com/hive-153850/@dlmmqb/i-want-your-pie
This is how people might see u when you power down all you get or show no interest to increase your stake in the hive ecosystem.
Why should the community upvote you if they know you are eating your pie alone and showing no interest to increase stake so you can also upvote people who you like to vote? Community is about giving not just taking 100% as liquid.
THESE ARE MY PERSON VIEWS AND IDEOLOGIES. YOU ARE FREE TO HAVE YOURS.
Where do you see him powering down @dlmmqb?
Thank you dlmmqb, I thought that your comment was to the person who this post belongs to.
This user is on blockchain since 2017.

Appologize, if my comment felt like not needed but someone who is on-chain since 2017 shouldn't have 100 hp. If people are not voting this user then they must have some reasons for it. I hope they sort the matter and focus in the right direction.
I have already cleared this issue in my "Introduction" post on this account on hive. The issue was when steemit was divided into multiple platforms I did not know about this development back then. 6+ months ago I was forced to buy a hive account via blocktrades.us for a whopping 6 dollars cause they did not have the option to pay via BCH (Bitcoin Cash) and my transaction was in BTC costing me 2 and 2= 4 dollars worth of transaction fee back then making it a total of 6 dollars. Did you know that it took me just over 6+ months to make that 6 dollars back? that too mainly from ctpx website which i had to watch over 2.5 k websites to get those ctp bonuses and then sell those in the form of hive. I have been a total dumpster fire and really struggling on this platform thanks to people like @katerinaramm and @mypathtofire because of whom I have continued my efforts on hive or I would have long left this platform for good. Still, I am leaving the link to my "Introduction" post on this account which fully details all the information you need to fully understand my situation regarding the creation of this account; I wish I knew about dbuzz or leofinance free account creation method before or I would not have to buy an account via blocktrades.us costing me 6 dollars. I kept on getting errors of low ip scores on multiple platforms for creating a hive account. Here is the link please consider reading it so you can fully understand why I had to create this account https://ecency.com/hive-174578/@liquidocelotytt/my-introduction-on-hive best regards. Note: if you have any other queries, concerns or questions please do not hesitate to ask as I would love to answer you back to the best of my capabily. Have a wonderful and cheerful day ahead.
I am a very poor guy really and am struggling to survive in this world. When my earnings on the hive platform increase I will consider following your advice and try to not power down. I think last month only made 6 dollars on hive that too from watching over 2.5k sites via ctpx website and then getting ctp tokens and selling those for hive mostly. On medium, I canceled my medium membership this month as well cause I cannot afford the 5 dollars a month over there as well cause last month only made 99 dollars. I have spent almost 200+ dollars on my website; 120+ dollars on 4 years web hosting and over 80+ dollars on buying traffic and my efforts to get into mediavine have been a failure as well. On YouTube in May; 8 days were without monetization even though the traffic was in those days over 1k views and 10k hours of watch time. All of these factors have forced me to gather as much as money as possible due to my poor conditions. I hope you understand my current situation however I am thankful to you for opening my eyes to this factor and will definitely look into this in the future when I start making 100+ dollars per month on hive am saving your post for future reference.
Thanks for your detailed reply.
I am glad and relieved that your post was not a mere way to simply run me down but was in fact showing intention to help me improve. That is why I bookmarked your post and trust me once I go beyond the 100 dollars threshold on hive ill start doing exactly as you stated. Am really appreciative of your kindness and keeness to help me out over here; tbh I feel really lucky.
Hi @wraith-27 welcome back to Hive. Your dream will come to pass.
Welcome to the hive community, just keep posting and we shall meet at the top
Welcome to the hive community
Welcome to Hive, Mohammmad Khan. I would have to say that the biggest advantage of being on Hive is freedom of speech. Unlike other writing platforms, you will not get kicked off of Hive for every little reason. I wish you all the success in your journey here on Hive.
