Hello again, my dearest Hivers! It's been a long time since I've posted a blog. Things have been so busy lately, but here I am now sharing another story with you. I genuinely hope you're doing well wherever you are. As for this time, come with me as we appreciate the beauty of nature surrounding us.
So, this one morning carried no noise as we went for a walk through the province with my cousin. Well, basically, the main purpose was not just to stroll, but to get some fresh mature coconuts. So, we had an enjoyable walk to our mommy's farm. She's my late grandma's sibling. Returning to the province is a chance to also hike with fresh air while remembering the familiar countryside paths. I was super happy at this time because, finally, I got to hike since work is just sitting all day, which is kinda unhealthy for the body, especially for someone like me who doesn't exercise.
Here, also, our two dogs tagged along as we walked through the farm because these two gals showed great enthusiasm for the stroll. Our path through the narrow farm was with these joyful doggies who wagged their tails throughout the whole walk. Clean and fresh air enveloped us, and I just appreciated so much the scents of nature and soil. Hays, so refreshing, I always thought to myself that there's really no place like home. The freshness of the province air indeed stands out.
As said, we were bound to get coconuts, but it's quite a walking distance from the house, so we had to walk a bit. That's why I had the time to fantasize about the amazing nature around us. I was truly mesmerized by the vast trees and the green fields. Thus, I couldn't help but smile because we were walking past places from our childhood, especially the mango trees that we used to climb. But as for our mommy's wide farm, we usually visited here when we were young to harvest and eat peanuts and vegetables. As shown, there's a lot to pick from here, which is one good benefit of having a garden, may it be for fruits, veggies, herbs, and others. As you can see, life here is at a slower pace in a simpler existence.
This might seem silly, but I know there are others like me who have just seen a purple chili for the first time. Hahahaha, I was really shocked because I never thought there was one.
Throughout the stroll, we went through a broad grazing field where carabaos, along with goats and cows, ate the abundant grass.
Under the bright sky, the animals made themselves comfortable while eating peacefully. There's also this peaceful but not so clear lake, hehe, before us. The reason for that is that this part here is where the carabaos swim and drink.
This is where the carabaos enjoy their time by drifting through the water and resting in the lake, especially every noon. Mommy's farm also has this well, which served as a source of water for animals and plants.
With that, I can say that the harmonious existence of rural life really does bring a comforting atmosphere to the people, the plants, and the animals. This life, which I appreciate more and more, will continue to make me grateful for this amazing nature that surrounds us. Thanks for reading, buddies! See you around!
I really love to see these beautiful nature pics. Always if my time allows I try to go to places like this where I find relaxation and inner peace!
